Most of my over 7 years of commercial experience in web development and design have been dedicated to developing web e-commerce applications using a custom built platform therefore I have a great deal of experience with PHP4, PHP5, mySQL and postgreSQL but also Javascript, AJAX, CSS 2 and HTML DOM. In the last year I have been using extensively the Zend Framework and the jQuery javascript framework.

I have developed under both Linux and Windows platforms, but each time using open-source environments such as Eclipse or NetBeans. From the Linux distributions I have worked with Ubuntu, Fedora Core, BackTrack and CentOS, also acquiring some limited administration skills.

Aside from my technical skills, I consider myself to be a friendly and highly adaptive individual that can work well in any environment. Although I am used to working mostly as part of a team, I can take individual initiative when the situation demands it.
