Hello,

Both Raiffeisen and BCR allow to transfer money to another account, regardless of owner and country (although when making such a payment you will have to specify if it's an international transfer). For that you must make an payment order ("Ordin de plata") and specify the recipient's full IBAN and SWIFT codes, the bank where the account was open, the recipient's full name (or company name) and there are also a few other optional fields.

And by the way, long time no see :)

Does Raiffeisen service allow you to make transfer to another account, not owned by you? I use BRD's BERNet service and I just found out yesterday that I can't send money to one's account, unless I declare that account at the bank. I just wanted to donate some money for a good cause, I don;t wanna add that bank account in my registry as a regular account I make transfers too (apparently that's what I should do if I ant to add a new account on my system).
